Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage Therapy: (30, 60, 75 or 90 minutes)   $40, $75, $85, $105

This massage relaxes muscles, improves circulation and reduces stress and pain. By integrating techniques from deep tissue, Swedish, Myofascial, massage cupping and trigger point therapy, you will emerge relaxed and invigorated. Danielle can also incorporate simple craniosacral techniques and aromatherapy into these massages.  Enjoy the best of all massage modalities at the pressure that works for you. 

The Truly Delicious Facial Experience: (30 minutes) $30 

Rosewater, Ayurvedic Face Oil, Kansa Wand, face cupping, facial massage and marma points for toning, relaxation, increase circulation, decrease puffiness to help combat the aging process! This can be scheduled as an add-on service to any massage or as a stand-alone service. The Kansa Wand can promote skin vitality, stress-relief, and calm the nervous system! It gently lifts facial skin, reduces face pain, head pain, tension, and TMJ symptoms

Abhyanga Massage: (75 minutes, includes short consultation)   $90

Experience an invigorating yet relaxing massage steeped in the traditions of Ayurveda that will include specific warmed herbal oil, custom blended for your unique body type. A generous amount of oils are applied to the body as a massage sequence is performed. Danielle will add her own integrated style of techniques along with the traditions of the Abhyanga massage to custom design to your specific needs. The combination of her intuition and the benefits of the warm oils is something not to be missed. There will be warm oil massaged into your head so if it is a cold day, bring an old scarf or hat to cover your ears. 

Marma Point/Energy work with massage: (75 minutes)  $90

A marma point is a juncture on the body where two or more types of tissue meet, such as muscles, veins, ligaments, bones or joints.  When prana becomes stuck due to toxins, emotional stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, age, etc. our health suffers and we become ill. Marma points are activated, they clear any stagnation of prana, and immediately bring healing to that organ or that part of the body. Marmas literally are control points, where prana can enter and be directed.

Nasya/Nasal therapy:  (45-minute treatment) $55

Nasya is a traditional and very effective way of cleansing and clearing the airways and sinus cavities. The process of administering medicated oils into the nasal cavity relieves congestion in the head and neck areas. Face massage, face cupping, Nasya oil (applied in nostrils), and eucalyptus steam all help with opening the passageways.  Highly recommended for those suffering from headaches and allergies and sinus congestion.

Add-On Services:

Aromatherapy: $15 This is a wonderful opportunity to sit with Danielle for a 10 to 15-minute session prior to massage to discuss what blend might be best for your needs such as body aches, mental fatigue, inflammation of skin or joints, or desire to feel more grounded.

Mini-Shiro: (15 minute treatment) $15
